If you’ve witnessed an eclipse, you’ll know it’s a fascinating astronomical event that occurs when one celestial body enters the shadow of another. As the celestial orbs align themselves in the sky, the effect is nothing short of dramatic. In Whitaker’s Eclipse, an abstract version of this phenomenon is recreated as the curved semi-circles in the sculpture overlap each other.
