I had never had a Mojito before I started my “research” for this piece. I think I really like them now. We have plenty of home grown Limes and Mint in our garden so it will be easy to replicate the formula with nice fresh produce. I had always wanted to do a piece featuring a Colobus Monkey once I photographed this one in the San Diego Zoo, but did not have a reason. Since they are leaf eaters, this leaf based drink seemed perfect!
