A note from Sally-
I am constantly asked to do more Zebras. Lord knows I have plenty of reference from our three trips to Africa but they are a favorite of many artists and I sure like to be different. I have already done them in a line and with the reflection in the water and so on and so forth. So, as I went through my reference photos during the presidential race in 2020, I was particularly struck by this pose. I think many of us have thought but not said this phrase during that time and maybe even beyond.
