“Since childhood, we have shared a studio and helped each other grow as artists. The 2Wild collaboration was born when we decided to join forces on a new project.” – Miri and Barak Rozenvain
Through their online exhibition, the Marcus Ashley Fine Art Gallery owners and staff share their deep love of fine art with the South Lake Tahoe community and with art lovers around the world. Their knowledgeable art consultants are available both in-person and online to help visitors find original oil and acrylic paintings, watercolors, and bronze sculptures. Works that feature glass and metal pieces, like Barak and Miri Rozenvain art, are featured in the gallery as well.
For discerning mixed media art aficionados, Nature’s Wonder is one for the collection. It is a playful, wild, and vivid representation of the precious thing that makes the world go round. The universal theme of love is captured on a panel with various elements bearing the indubitable stamp of Barak and Miri art. Magazine clippings lining the letters L, O, V, and E come alive with splashes of paint, layers of resin, and the duo’s trademark butterflies in clay. They are arranged in nonlinear fashion against a grainy textured background composed of sand, crystal, and other natural stones. You’ll also find that some parts of the letters protrude from the frame’s edges.
This mixed media artwork has been created with fine attention to detail and will grab attention in any setting.
