California artist Susan Hoehn is best known for her vibrant hues reflecting the beauty of the landscapes she paints. It is the brilliance of her colors that have become her trademark. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she received an art degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Susan Hoehn's art has been widely exhibited in California and is available in original oils and limited edition prints.

California artist Susan Hoehn is best known for her vibrant hues reflecting the beauty of the landscapes she paints. It is the brilliance of her colors that have become her trademark. From vineyards to romantic seaside vistas Susan captures the essence of the contemporary landscape.

Susan was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area of California, and began exhibiting creative talents at an early age. Her parents and teachers nurtured her talents throughout her childhood and young adulthood which led her to receive a B.A. in Art from the University of California at Berkeley where she was schooled in a variety of mediums. As a student in the late 70’s she studied painting under Joan Brown. During that period she worked part time for the University Bear Backers designing brochure covers for athletic events. She also designed the poster for the U.S.A. vs. U.S.S.R. International Track Event while a student.

Susan’s art is exhibited in galleries throughout the United States and can be found in countless corporate collections. Susan has had several one-woman shows throughout California. Her work is available in original oils and very limited edition giclee prints.
