In addition to his skill as an artist, Mark made himself a technical expert in "lost wax" bronze casting. In 1988, he established Mark Hopkins Sculpture, Inc., a bronze foundry nestled in the foothills of the northwest Georgia mountains. There he brought together a talented group of skilled craftsmen, many of whom are artists in their own right. This core group has been involved with the production of Mark's work from the beginning of the company. With many collective years of experience, this expert team can insure that each sculpture represents the highest in quality, craftsmanship, and beauty. They make it possible to offer sculpture for extraordinary prices, available to people who never thought they could afford fine art. View Short Biography |
